Welcome to Barossa Lower North FuturesBased in Clare, South Australia, we are a not-for-profit organisation serving the Yorke, Southern Flinders, Mid North and Barossa Regions.

Barossa Lower North Futures manages the School Business Community Partnership Brokers Program funded by the Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR).

Barossa Lower North Futures through Shaping Futures assists young people in our region to address the challenges that affect their ability to engage at school, work and in their community.

An initiative of local industry, the Mid North Engineering Academy (MNEA) provides a holistic approach to the education of would-be apprentices.  It is envisaged that graduates would have ideal potential to eventually become supervisors, leading hands and higher level management within the industry.  The MNEA is fully supported by Barossa Lower North Futures.

In Shaping Futures, we deliver training programs that engage young people in project based hands-on learning and provide the career support and resources for a successful life beyond School.

Through Partnership Brokers, we bring together schools, businesses, community groups and local government to create learning and work opportunities.
